We provide full time, part time, casual employment agreements, tailored to your business’s needs. Included is a one hour consultation with a lawyer to advise you on the contracts and how to implement them in your business.

Standard contracts: $550 (inc GST) each

Workplace Policy Package

Our workplace policy package covers a range of workplace areas and provides clear policies and processes on your business’s expectations. The package includes a one hour consultation with a lawyer to advise you on the policies and how to implement them in your business.

Policies covered include: standard of conduct guidelines, bullying and harassment, whistleblower policy, anti-discrimination, social media and the internet, risks in the workplace, illness and return to work, performance management and termination policy.

Policy Package: $990 (inc GST)

Complete Workplace Package (policies and contracts)

Our complete workplace package includes the standard contracts package (full time, part time and casual contracts) and our workplace policy package.

Step 1

Call us for a free, no obligation consultation to speak with a real, Australian employment lawyer who will discuss your business, understand your requirements, and provide you with a fixed fee quote for our services.

We prepare your employee documents in consultation with you, tailoring those documents to best protect your business.

Step 3

Upon completing your employee documents, you will have a one hour consultation with one of our lawyers to provide advice on how to implement your employee documents.

Our lawyers are some of Australia’s most experienced employment advisors, having acted for thousands of clients across a range of industries and employment related issues.

We focus on servicing small businesses by creating up-to-date, best practice employment contracts and workplace policies that provide the best protection possible.

Our principal solicitor, Shane Wescott, has an extensive background in workplace relations law, especially conducting unfair dismissals, general protections, bullying, discrimination, industrial negotiations and dispute resolution. He has particular experience in the drafting of workplace policies and contracts.

In addition, he has worked in criminal law, commercial litigation and contract disputes and has a passion for pro bono work and improving access to justice.

Shane appears regularly before the Fair Work Commission, as well as other courts, industrial commissions and tribunals. He was formerly a member of the Law Society of New South Wales Employment Law Committee.
